ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 3, 2008 @ 5:00PM CST.

10% Seller's commission will be charged on all Farm and Construction Equipment ( Horse trailers, Utility trailers, 4-wheelers).

$500 maximum commission on any one item.

There will be a 1.5% NO SALE fee charged to the highest bid.

20% Seller's commission on all miscellaneous personal items.  All miscellaneous personal items must sell absolute.
(Garage tools, yard tools, and hand tools)
